Services
Tenants will receive weekly housekeeping in their apartment. This includes dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning the bathroom. Tenants bring their own laundry supplies, toilet paper, and
personal items. Laundry and bedlinen changes are done weekly at no charge.
We offer transportation to and from medical appointments
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Duluth/Superior Area. This service is included in the apartment price.
Partnerships with UMD Medical
School and Lake Superior College create an atmosphere of continual learning and intergenerational relationships.
