Nursing
All nursing related cares are directed and delegated under Keystone's Assisted Living Home Care Provider (ALHCP) licensure. The basic level of services on ALHCP (referred to as level 1) are offered with no additional charge for tenants who continue to meet the minimum requirements for home care services by Keystone Bluffs.
Wendy Struss is our Director of Nursing. She has been a Registered Nurse
for over 15 years, primarily in the long-term field. Her background in home
care along with her love for the elderly allow her to provide quality care
to all of Keystone's resident. She is committed to ensuring each residents
needs are met with an individualized plan of care.
The admission process will include an assessment by a registered nurse and a service agreement shall be established for the delivery of home care services. Keystone Bluffs under direction of ALHCP offers five care option levels.
Keystone Bluffs has 24 hour on-site personal care attendants. There are several licensed nurses
as well as a licensed nurse on call at all times during off-hours.
Keystone Bluffs has experienced very low staff turnover. All staff has background checks and receives numerous training sessions prior to employment under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Our staff is trained to honor a customer service philosophy at all times.
