About Keystone

Keystone Bluffs assisted Living Residence is located in Duluth, MN at 2528 Trinity Road in a serene and tranquil setting. The community has 80 apartments and opened in year 2000. Each apartment has a living room, bedroom, private bathroom and kitchenette.

Tenants enjoy the three enclosed courtyards designed throughout the one-level living campus. A beautiful waterfall and fountain greets guests as they enter this peaceful residence. The gardens have been carefully designed with blooming plants spring through fall. All apartments have oversized windows, which feature a perimeter or courtyard view. Many tenants can have and enjoy plants, birdfeeders or bird houses outside their apartment windows.

At Keystone Bluffs you have the assurance of knowing our residence is locally owned and operated. Amy Altman is the on-site RN administrator/admissions coordinator. She has over 14 years experience in caring for seniors in long term care and assisted living.

Keystone Bluffs is issued two licenses by the Minnesota Department of Health. The first license is the Board and Lodging with Housing with Services. This license refers to the actual apartment rented in the building. As a Housing with Services establishment, we offer two or more services included in the base rent such as transportation to medical appointments, laundry, housekeeping amongst others.

The second license is the Assisted Living Home Care Provider license. This allows Keystone to provide regularly scheduled health related services such as administration of medicines, shaving assistance, escort to meals, etc.

Tenants receive a written elderly housing with services contract, which included 17 points of disclosure, which is included in their medical record.

All Licenses are displayed in the main entrance lobby.
